Philips Children’s Medical Ventures is committed to improving the quality of care and developmental outcomes of hospitalized infants worldwide. Our broad product portfolio includes therapeutic support and safety solutions, noninvasive technologies and monitoring equipment, as well as interactive DVDs for individual study, one-day educational workshops and comprehensive, facility-wide process improvement and consulting programs.

Our philosophy of care and product development strategies center on The Universe of Developmental Care, a conceptual model that portrays the holistic nature of quality caring. All touch points within the care environment are interdependent, patient-centric and focused on providing comfort and protecting the integrity of the developing infant. As an example, our WeePee diapers are designed for the tiniest babies and promote developmentally appropriate positioning.
